Today was our groups mid year review and as I had not seen the group for a while due to personal reasons, it would be good to see what they have been up to and get some well needed feedback on the work I had been doing. I was fairly happy with the work that I had so far but would need to show it incomplete, as I still needed to obtain the Glitching software for the third part of the film. I was also very anxious as my film was in a different style and theme to others in my group and I was unsure if I was doing the right thing by experimenting in this way.
During the screening some key issues where brought up in order to make the film work, Firstly I would need to get away from a lot of the religious iconography as the photo montage section was heavy with images from the cathedral, I would also need to gather more pictures of artworks and other images of archiving.
I have chosen certain notable works of art to now include to help get my message across visually, I have images from the Tate Modern and also The National Portrait Gallery.These images will help make up the photo montage section of my film.
